  2. Alfred Stuart Campbell Jr. was my Father's- Father name. My Grandfather went to Princeton in NJ, as did all the men in our entire family. Later my Grandfather taught at Princeton

Country Day. He served in the Red Cross during WWII as a Field Officer in North Africa, he also trained men for the Dept of Psychological Warfare and raised Guerney cows to produce milk with special healthful antibodies amongst the many interesting achievements throughout his life.

He wrote Applejack for Breakfast with my Grandmother Helen Monteith Campbell. I'm trying to learn how he's related to Alfred S. Campbell the photographer.

I feel sure we are connected with Alfred S. Campbell and even suspect he may be my Great-Grandfather.

I'm terribly interested in pursuing more information about my family line. Please contact me at joyvdk@aol.com.

    Regards~

  3. Hi, I was fixing the frame on my deceased dad's medical school class photo from 1937, and discovered a color print of a grecian lady in perfect condition. The colors are so vivid. It's truly beautiful. On the bottom right of the print is "copyright 1900 by Alfred S. Campbell Art Co."
Could anyone tell me about this print?

  8. Hi,
I found a Joseph Pennell Etching published by Campbell Prints Inc. that I'm researching. I have images I can share but I couldn't get your email to work. What is your email address and I can send the images. From what I can tell the original print was made in 1919 by Pennell. From auctions I've found, mine may be a re-print from as late as the 1930s although I did not find any auction examples printed by Campbell as mine is.
